What's Included:
TOTAL TEARDOWN
Complete disassembly of the weapon system down to primary component groups and internal assemblies for an uncompromised clean.
ULTRASONIC DEGREASING
Deep-submersion ultrasonic cleaning to completely strip baked-on carbon, embedded debris, and fouled oils from receiver blocks and bolt groups.
Wear Inspection
Critical evaluation of high-stress components, including gas rings, springs, extractor tension, and feeding mechanics to proactively identify potential failures.
Runtime Lubrication
Precision application of duty-grade lubricants to high-friction contact baselines followed by a comprehensive mechanical function check.
CORE MAINTENANCE STANDARDS:
- Comprehensive bore scrubbing, copper fouling extraction, and chamber throat detailing.
- Internal system testing, firing pin safety verifications, and trigger reset diagnostics.
- Suppressor and core feeding magazine maintenance extensions to protect system cycling.
MAINTENANCE RATES
Listed rates represent baseline shop labor fees for standard cleaning and visual inspections. Heavily neglected systems requiring extensive diagnostic clearing or manual scraping will be quoted at intake.
