General Questions
Yes, Virtus Armament is a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and manufacturer. We adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the sale and distribution of firearms and related products.
To purchase firearms online, customers need to select their desired firearm and proceed through the checkout process. During checkout, you will be required to provide a valid FFL dealer’s information to whom we will ship the firearm. You will then complete the transfer process with the receiving FFL dealer in compliance with the applicable laws.
If a raffle product doesn’t reach its ticket goal by the specified deadline, the raffle may be extended, or participants will be notified, and ticket purchases may be refunded. Check the individual raffle product pages for updates.

To use the gun builder, you need to select the model of the firearm you want to customize from the list of available options. Then, you can choose from different parts and accessories to modify your gun.
When you are satisfied with your design, you can submit your request and we will contact you to confirm the details and process the order.

The delivery time of your custom gun depends on the availability of the parts and accessories that you selected, as well as the shipping method that you choose. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
